Your birth details are personal, and we treat them that way. This page sets out, in plain language, the data kundliindia.com gathers, why Kundli India needs it, who else may see it, and how you stay in control. We aim to handle personal data in a manner consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. What We Gather

Sign-in details: when you create an account or log in, we keep your name, your email and the credentials needed to verify it is you.

Kundli inputs and results: the birth date, birth time and birthplace you enter, gender if a feature asks for it, plus the kundli, Guna Milan and dasha output we compute from them.

Technical and visit data: which pages and tools you open, your device and browser, a rough location inferred from your IP address, and the site or link that brought you here.

Messages: anything you write to us through the contact or feedback forms, and your AI chat conversations (both your questions and the replies), which we store so the chat can work.

2. Why We Use It

This data lets us calculate and show your kundli, keep you logged in with your settings intact, run the AI chat, answer your support emails, stop misuse of the platform, meet the requirements of law, and keep making Kundli India better.

For research and analytics we may also work with combined or anonymised figures that are not reasonably linkable back to any individual user.

3. Who Else Sees It

Your personal data is never sold. A limited set of vendors that run hosting, email delivery, analytics and our AI features can receive what they need to do that job, and they are bound to keep it confidential.

Disclosure outside that circle happens only when the law demands it, when we need to defend our legal rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case we will tell you where it is appropriate to do so.

4. How Long We Keep It

Saved kundlis and account records stay with us for as long as your account is open, and for a reasonable stretch after that, so your charts are there when you return. Chat logs may be kept to help us support you and sharpen answers. See the rights section below to ask us to erase your account data.

5. Cookies and Site Analytics

Cookies and related tools keep your login active, store choices such as language, and tell us in aggregate how the site gets used; Google Analytics or a comparable service may gather these statistics. Your browser lets you block or clear cookies, though some features may stop working properly if you do.

6. Keeping Data Safe

We put sensible technical and organisational safeguards around your data. Even so, no website, server or network is immune to every risk, so we cannot promise that a breach will never happen.

7. Your Control Over Your Data

Subject to the law that applies where you live, you can ask to see the personal data we have on you, fix mistakes in it, receive a copy, or have it erased, and you can object to or limit some kinds of processing. Write to contact@kundliindia.com with your request and we will reply in a reasonable time.

Where the option exists, your profile settings let you edit account details yourself; otherwise, just write to us and we will help.

8. Users Under 13

Kundli India is meant for people aged 13 and over, and we do not knowingly gather personal data from anyone younger. If a child under 13 has given us their details, let us know and we will remove them.

9. Visiting From Outside India

We run Kundli India from India. When you use it from abroad, your data may be handled in India or in the countries where our vendors operate, and those places may have privacy rules that differ from the ones at home.

10. Updates to This Page

This policy will evolve as Kundli India does. Whenever we make a significant revision, the date at the top changes, so check back from time to time.

11. Reach Our Privacy Team

Questions or requests about your data can go to contact@kundliindia.com, or use the form on our Contact page.
